Task description Under the broad theme of Educational Leadership, choose a topic that is of interest to you.

Select and review a minimum of 10 literary sources on the topic. In your selection of the literary sources, the following criteria could be taken into consideration:

o   Leading views on the topic o Contrasting views o Trends/ theories

o   Empirical research studies related to the area

o   The topic within the wider scenario: what is happening in other countries?

o   The local scenario.

Write an essay on the topic, describing and critically evaluating the main themes that have emerged from your review of the literary sources. In your essay, include a brief discussion on why you find the topic interesting, with examples from your personal or professional experience,  and explain the relevance of the topic to Educational Leadership.
