The three tasks build on one organisation, so choosing the right business at the start matters. A Maltese company you know well, such as a local retailer, hotel group or iGaming operator, makes it easier to explain its sector and legal form in Task 1, draw a realistic organisation chart in Task 2 and gather enough evidence for the 1,750-word environmental analysis in Task 3. In that final task, apply a named technique such as SWOT or McKinsey 7S for the internal environment and PESTLE or Porter’s Five Forces for the external one, then show clearly how the findings affect operations and goals.
